Ice Cream Malaysia Recipe

Hello everybody!

Today, I want to share the recipe for ice cream Malaysia! I've made this a lot in this past year because it was getting VERY hot. I had planned to share this recipe a while ago. The gifs were made in April lol. It was just sitting on my computer waiting to be shared.

Anyway, here is the recipe for the simple and classic ice cream Malaysia!

Ingredients:

- 4 cups cooked water
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- Corn flour (mix with a bit of water)
- Salt
- Vanilla essence
- Nutella (or any kind of topping such as jelly or other spreads)
- Piping bags or ziplocks
- Ice cream plastics

*Note: the water to condensed milk to evaporated milk ratio is basically 4:1:1 so you can really make any amount you want)

Steps:

1. Pour the cooked water into a pot.

2. Pour the evaporated milk in.

3. Next, pour in condensed milk.

4. Mix everything well and make sure none of the condensed milk is
sticking at the bottom of the pot because it will definitely burn.

5. Add in some salt to taste. The amount is up to you.

6. Add in the corn flour and make sure it has been mixed with water.
This will help soften the ice cream when it freezes.

7. Mix everything in well. Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool completely.

8. In a pipping bag, put in the topping of your like.
(Any type of sauce or spread will be easier to use a pipping bag)

9. Cut the tip off. (duhh)

10. Put the pipping bag in the ice cream plastic and as you pull
the bag out, press lightly to get the topping out in the plastic. After the
bag is completely out, even out the topping a bit.

*Please just imagine I have a gif here*

11. Using a funnel, pour in the ice cream mixture into the ice cream
plastics which has already been laced with the toppings. Finally, tie a knot
at the top and into the freezer it goes!

Well, that is all for the recipe. It is fairly easy to do. I would say the hardest part would be tying the knot. Please do not fill the ice cream mixture to the top and leave plenty of space to tie the knot or you will have a hard time to do so. This recipe is the most basic one out there. There are many many choices of flavors for you to choose from. I just enjoy this one because I can really taste the topping. Lotus Biscoff spread is SO GOOD. PLEASE TRY.

Anyway, that is all from me today. Thank you so much for taking the time to learn and read this. If you are attempting this simple recipe, good luck and I swear it tastes good <3

Stay safe and have a good day everybody! :)

Love,
